Terms and conditions

Please read this information, operating and safety instructions.

• Your hot tub will be filled with cold water and will take at least 12 hours to reach the recommendedtemperature of approximately 38c, however if you have a combination boiler you could fill the hot tub with hot water so it is ready to use once filled.

• To change the temperature of the water adjusts using the controls on the pump unit.

• When using the hot tub, remove the lid and store carefully, enter the water with care making sure it is not to hot (test first), when your finished in the hot tub replace the lid to retain heat.

• The hot tub will maintain the set temperature by itself, although during periods of heavy use or when the lid is removed for an extended period there will be a fall in temperature. Staying out of the hot tub and replacing the lid will allow the temperature to rise to the desired level.

• Over filling the hot tub will cause it to over flow, each person entering the hot tub will raise it by 5-7cm, when the bubbles/jets are activated the water level again rises by a similar amount.

• Always leave the hot tub plugged in and turned on to allow the filtration and heating system to work.

• Please do not smoke, drink alcohol or take drugs when using the hot tub to avoid unconsciousness and any accidents.

• Please do not use any electrical items including mobile phone within 1.5 metres of the hot tub.

• Please do not use glass in the hot tub only plastic.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• At 37.5c or above you should not spend more than 15 minutes in the hot tub.

• If you are pregnant please check with physician before using the hot tub.

• People using medication and/ or having an adverse medical history should consult a physician before using the hot tub.

• People with infectious diseases should not use the hot tub.

• Hot tub hire are only liable for the hot tub to your own electrical supply outside of your premises.

• Please replace the cover and lock when not in use.

• No foreign bodies such as grass to be introduced to the water, your hot tub will perform better if it’s kept clean and then therefore more enjoyable to use, failure to do so may result in temperature decline for which hot tub hire will not take responsibility.

• Our hot tubs are designed for 4-6 persons, overloading the spa can cause damage which you would be liable.

• Chemicals need to be added, we will go through this with you verbally on delivery day, and will leave with you information regarding application, handling, storage ECT. If you have any questions please ask.

• The filter unit is located inside the tub and can be snapped away from the pump unit easily if anyone using the hot tub is not aware of its presence., It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform all users of this possibility, as damages to the filter will be charged to the hirer (charge fees below)

• Hot tub hire will not be responsible for any water damage that occurs from hot tubs set up indoors or outdoors.

• The hirer assumes full responsibility for the spa during the hire period, any damage or theft is the responsibility of the hirer.

Any damage incurred due to misuse or not following the above recommendations must be paid in full.

 

 

 

Hirer understands the above terms and conditions and acknowledges that the use of the hot tub is at their own risk.

Damage to the filter cartridge £45.00

Damage to the cover or zip £50.00

Damage to the control init or housing up to £180.00

Damage to the hot tub, pump or heater unit up to £580.00

Damage to cover insert £180.00

Damage to cover beyond repair £400.00

Damage to the control unit or housing £180.00

Damage to suction filter £80.00

Failure to leave hot tub plugged in till collection £20.00
